Say Goodbye to Rough Feet

The Holland Village pedicure I got at the salon sure made my feet look better. I must admit I let my feet go thinking that most people would never see them anyway. I quit wearing open toed shoes a few years ago and have been sticking with rather conservative pumps for some time. Needless to say, my feet started to look rather questionable. I knew I had some rough patches on my feet because I could feel them when I took a shower and dried off. I let it go because I didn’t really care about it.

Then I had a function come up in which I would have to wear shoes that would show off the rough patches. You might be thinking how anyone would notice, but if you think that it means you are a male. Women have a laser sharp eye for anything that is wrong with another woman’s appearance. I knew for certain that other women would notice my foot issues and then the gossip would start flying. That’s why I went online to see if I could get a quick pedicure so that the issue would not be a problem.

There are many places that do pedicures. So many in fact that it took some time to filter through the various places in order to find one that would do a good job at a reasonable cost. I didn’t really like the idea of taking my shoes off at a salon and letting everyone see my patchy feet, but it had to be done. I found the above mentioned salon and went in for an appointment and they did a great job with the pumice stone. In no time at all they got off all the dry and patchy skin and they even painted my nails a nice, bright color. I look like a new woman!
